This latest release from Burn Cottage. Grapes are sourced entirely from the Biodynamically-farmed Sauvage vineyard in Bannockburn. Approximately 10% whole clusters are used, and the wine spends about a year in 25% new French oak barrels from top coopers including Damy and Sylvain! The 2018 vintage marks the first single-vineyard wine off the 19-year-old Sauvage Vineyard.
