RETURNS:
Please keep in mind that we will do our best to help serve you better.
In the event that you have to return the merchandise, please re-pack the items in its original shipped packing to ensure safe return. Upon arrival at the winefolder.com warehouse all returned items are inspected. You will be refunded the full cost of the merchandise and all shipping charges if your return is a result of our error.
If the return is not a result of our error and your item is returned unopened within 30 days of delivery we will grant a credit of up to 85% of the item's value minus the original shipping charge and actual return shipping fees.

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY:
Inspection Upon Delivery: Please inspect your shipment immediately upon receipt. If you notice any damage to the packaging, it is important to note this with the carrier at the time of delivery.

If you discover that items inside the package are damaged,please contact us immediately for assistance.Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging to assist in processing your claim.
RETURN PROCESS:
We may request the damaged items to be returned for inspection. Please retain all packaging materials and items until further instructions are provided.
RESOLUTION:
Depending on the assessment of the damage, we will offer a replacement of the damaged items or issue a refund. Resolution times may vary based on the nature of the damage and availability of replacement items.

Double check and confirm shipping details. Customers are responsible for a 25% restocking charge if they request a return or reshipment due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package.
