SIGNATURE POLICY:
If you order from winefolder.com you are representing to winefolder.com that you are at least 21 years of age and that the person to whom it is being shipped is also at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be REQUIRED upon delivery. Title to all items you order comes to you as soon as it leaves our doors; it is up to you to know the significant laws in your state.
DOMESTIC STATE RESTRICTIONS:
Currently, we are NOT shipping to: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Georgia, Hawaii, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Maryland,Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, Pennsylvania, SouthDakota, Tennessee, Utah, Vermont, West Virginia, Wisconsin
FedEx does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, but do ship to all residential and business addresses.
LOCATION AND SHIPPING LIMITATIONS:
Our store is situated in the Panhandle area and we exclusively ship within the United States.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME:
Orders placed Monday through Friday will be processed within 2-4 business days. Orders made after Friday business hours, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed starting the following Monday, also within 2-4 business days. On rare circumstances we may face a problem delaying in shipping your order and in that case, we will notify you by an email. We cannot guarantee any shipments by a specific date, nor will be held responsible for any shipping instructions given on an order. We will do our best to correspond the Customer in any way. And Due to delays from FedEx we are not responsible.
WEEKEND AND ADDRESS RESTRICTIONS:
Shipments do not occur on Saturdays or Sundays, and we do not ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
SHIPPING OPTIONS:
We are using Fedex shipping services for all delivery. Customers can select from Ground, Next Day, or Second Day Air shipping options. Due to alcohol regulations, deliveries necessitate an adult signature and proof of ID. We strongly advise shipping to a business address to ensure successful delivery.
ORDER FULFILLMENT:
Weekday orders before 4pm PST typically ship within 2 business days, subject to availability.
ADDRESS FLEXIBILITY:
You can specify a shipping address different from your billing address during checkout.
ADDRESS CHANGES POST-SHIPMENT:
Once your order is shipped, you cannot change the shipping address. Options include holding the package at a local Fedex facility or returning it to the shipper for reshipment to a new address, with additional fees applicable.
INSURANCE:
Winefolder.com provides insurance for each order placed at $3 additional cost. Our insurance policy protects our customers from any damage or lost packages during transit.
DELIVERY ATTEMPT:
It is the Customer's responsibility to be present at the time of delivery for an adult signature. If no one is available to receive the package, a second attempt to deliver will be made. Whenever possible, we encourage you to use a commercial business address to assure the fastest delivery time. If, second attempts is unsuccessful, your order will be returned to winefolder.com. The Customer will be required to incur the cost of shipping and handling, regardless of the Customer deciding to cancel the order.
