The 2016 Cabernet Sauvignon Estate is one of the most polished wine I have tasted from Cade. In large part, that is attributable to the presence of fruit from the former Ladera estate that Cade bought in 2016. Silky, nuanced and refined, the 2016 is both quite pretty and promising. It will be interesting to see where the wine goes, but the signs are quite positive
