The winegrowing system is organic, with biodynamic treatments that guarantee the preservation of the environment. In the case of Château Pesquié Artemia Rouge, its flagship wine, the grenache comes from old vines located at about 280 metres on a very stony clay-limestone gravel soil and the syrah is located at about 340 metres on a very old alluvial soil. The grapes are harvested by hand at optimum ripeness, with a very strict selection of berries and total destemming.
