Hinch 10 Year Sherry Finish is an elegant expression which harnesses the tradition of Irish whiskey distilling with the careful nurturing of older whiskey originally in Bourbon casks and then finished in the finest Sherry Butts for 1 Year. Our Head Distiller, Aaron Flaherty, has balanced on a blending tightrope with skill and dexterity to create this wonderful whiskey. Bottled at 43% to maximize flavor. Drawing on the classic traditions in Ireland of Sherry cask maturation we ‘doubled down’ by sourcing our casks from Bodega Garvey in Spain which was established by Irishman William Garvey in the 18th century.
