100% Cabernet Franc. From sandy, stony, alluvial soils on flat sites along the Vienne River. 90% direct press, 10% Saignée. Fermented and aged in stainless steel for six months. Three grams of S02 are added per hectoliter at press with an addition of one to three grams at bottling. Snappy, fresh, herbal and berry-flavored.
