The Moscato grapes are harvested and vinified to reach perfect ripeness. Following de-stemming, the juice is kept on the skins for several days at low temperatures to extract the fruit’s aromas and retain maximum fragrance. Straw yellow in color with varied notes of candied citrus, ripe fruit and white flowers. Sweet, fresh taste with pleasantly fruity aftertaste. Ideal as a dessert wine, but it also pairs well with delicate cheeses, spicy foods or barbecue dishes.
