The wine isa co-fermentation of five Alsatian grape varieties from the same terroir: 40% Riesling, 30% Auxerrois, 20% Pinot Gris, 5% Muscat and 5% Sylvaner, from vines in conversion to biodynamic viticulture and planted just below the Grand Cru Kaefferkopf, on sandy-clay soils.
