Aged a minimum of 12 months in French Oak and Sherry casks. The nose has the distinction of a high-end Cognac, and the experience of the palate is reminscent of the balanced elegance of Sauternes, showing the earthy depth of mature agave. Resounding flavors of mocha, tofffee, date, and dried apricot march alongside a tingle of white pepper and vegetal element. A deep-rooted woodsy and floral component is so appealing on the finish.
Tasting Notes
Komos Anejo Reserva Tequila is aged for a minimum of 12 months in a combination of French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels, and sherry casks. We masterfully blend these tequilas to create a luxurious, round, and unique expression that highlights the rich chocolate and fruit flavors imparted by the sherry casks.
