Chardonnays from Limarí tend to be less exuberant than those from Casablanca or San Antonio, and the tropical fruit aromas have been replaced typical by salty and spicy notes. This wine has a saline touch along with ripe and friendly body, round tannins, and piercing acidity. One for smoked salmon.
