The Terra Alpina 2021 Chardonnay (with fruit from the Italian Dolomites) is a steely and tonic wine that drinks nicely, especially when the screw-cap bottle is chilled cold. This organic wine starts off quite tight and focused, but it relaxes just slightly to show softer pear and Golden Delicious apple.
