From the Atalayas Vineyard in Casablanca, planted in the late 1990s on the road to the coastal town of Algarrobo. This wine has changed a lot over the years. From being a kind of candy in the 1990s, it’s now much fresher, even more so in a cold vintage like 2016. With delicious ripe white fruit, here we have a wine for scallop ceviche.
