The 2021 Epoch White is a blend of 47% Grenache Blanc, 39% Viognier and 14% Roussanne matured in 10% new French oak. It offers soaring perfume of quince, hazelnut, beeswax and flint with fine spicy tones. The medium-bodied palate is bright and juicy with an alluring, satiny texture and a tremendously long finish. Generous yet balanced, it’s an ideal candidate for developing savory complexity in bottle over the next few years. 844 cases were made.
