This attractive sparkling wine flows with fresh flavors of yellow apple, white raspberry, and citrus. The wine is made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, sourced from Northern California vineyards largely in Mendocino, Sonoma and Solano counties. It’s produced via Méthode Champenoise, just like Champagne! The wine contains 24% reserve wines sourced from a perpetual reserve (also known as réserve perpetuelle in Champagne), and it’s aged 12 months on its lees to add complexity and depth.
