Medium to deep ruby red colour. Lifted/slightly volatile red-fruit aromas combine with lovely clean oak. Palate is medium bodied - less dense than the nose suggests - there is soft acidity and and slightly warming alcohol. This has lovely, classic, old-fashioned Pomerol fruit, with a good slice of new oak framing the finish
