Aged in 350 liter French Limonsin oak barrels. Traditional white wine production of 100% Ugni Blanc. Double distillation in traditional Charentais pot-stills. 40% ABV / 80 Proof.
Amber in color. Initially, the nose has soft oak and vanilla. It develops into an elegant rancio with delicious dired fruit and nut aromas. The palate is soft and lingering with liquorice and rancio flavors.
