This expressive Spanish sparkling wine delivers aromas of white flowers, fresh biscuits, and citrus. It’s made with organically-grown Xarel-lo, Macabeo, and Parellada grapes, sourced from vines planted 1985-1995, and it’s aged for 18 months on lees before bottling. Llopart is a member of the exclusive Corpinnat group, an association of elite sparkling wine producers that have left the Cava DO.
