After vinifying his first two vintages with his uncle Robert Michel, a Cornas legend from whom he purchased the famed “Genale” vineyard, Vincent Paris set out on his own. Paris owns eight hectares of vineyards and produces about 2,500 cases per year, of which 1,600 are Cornas. A focused farmer and gifted winemaker, Vincent Paris has emerged as an under-the-radar star in one of France’s most celebrated red wine appellations.
