Deep, dark black-ruby color. The nose displays high-ripeness raisin & blackcurrant fruit. The palate contains fine, drying, dusty 7 gripping tannins. There is good, fresh acidity. The cedary tannins have a graphite edge which closes up the mid-palate somewhat. The finish has fair length but the finish is somewhat astringent

Dark in color, the wine shows its blackberry, black cherry, dark chocolate, smoke, espresso, and an array of spice aromas on the palate with ease. Rich, full-bodied, vibrant, and intense. the wine is fresh as well as lush, and polished. Vibrant, expansive, creamy, and deep, this is going to rival many of the best vintages produced here. Drink from 2025-2048.

Tasting note: This gorgeous Tokaji is mineral and taut, yet with an undeniable fruit density at its core. Hints of salts and leafy green herbs join cool orchard fruits on the nose, just a touch of nutty barrel character, with a super-dry palate that has natural concentration to spare, real pithy citrus intensity, and spices adding to the lingering finish. Intense and yet quite subtle in its way, it a lovely, intelligent wine from Disznóko.
