A firmness and focus to this second wine with plum, chocolate and walnut character. Full to medium body, pretty tannins and a long and fresh finish. A beauty. Second wine from Nenin. (Suckling)

I am pleasantly surprised to find the 2015 Fugue de Nénin in such great shape. Juicy and inviting, with no hard edges and terrific presence, the Fuque de Nénin is everything a second wine should be. Drink this forward Pomerol over the next handful of years, while the red berry fruit retains its youthful freshness.

Wine Fresh and direct, with a good beam of red currant, plum and cherry coulis notes, infused with light tea and sanguine details. The easy finish shows light vanilla and cedar stitching. Drink now through 2024. 6,667 cases made.
