Although at its core, this is a dry Champagne, its aging has allowed it to smooth out to give a textured and ripe wine. The wine is impressive, complex and complete. Drink now.

Softly creamy on the palate, with a very fine mousse and rich notes of roasted almond, baked green apple, coffee liqueur and cherry blossom. Delivers well-cut freshness, due as much to the integrated acidity as to the tang of the salty overtone, and a hint of mandarin orange peel. A distinctive example. Chardonnay.
