The grapes were hand-picked from selected vineyards in the Agter-Paarl region at optimal ripeness. The smaller Mourvèdre and Viognier components originate from farms that were pioneers of planting these varieties in South Africa. The grapes are specially sourced for their soft, juicy tannins and purity of fruit.
