The palate is fruity, beautifully balance, well-built, elegant and offers a fine freshness, finesse, a fine acidulous frame as well as a very beautiful suavity, gourmandize, a fine concentration, a fine grain and a fine richness (in power). On the palate this Cognac expresses notes of clementine jam, crystallized lemon, small notes of peach in syrup associated with a subtle hint of dry apricot, small dry yellow grape, rancio/cedar as well as hints of pâtisserie, dry almond and a very discreet hint of dry tobacco/cigar. Good length and beautiful persistence.
