The nose is discreet, elegant and characterised by floral and citrus notes, apple, dried fruits and good evolution. The palate is fresh, silky smooth and very persistent with lingering notes of baked apple, caramel and spice. The 2 g/l dosage was evidently all this wine needed.

A lively blanc de blancs, with ripe green apple and pear fruit flavors enriched by hints of toasted brioche and pistachio. Clean-cut, with a touch of minerally smoke on the finish. Disgorged June 2022. Drink now. 150 cases imported.
