Medium to deep, ruby-red color, that is only slightly fading at the rim. Minty and earthy notes overlay a purr cassis fruit on the nose. There is fresh acidity, very fine tannins & plenty of grip. The palate displays smooth cassis fruit that leads to the cedary structure. The finish is developed & slightly truffly in nature. Acidity is balanced & alcohol ensures the finish is rounded with earthy notes & graphite that overlays cassis at the end.
