This highly aromatic and exotic white is brimming with aromas and flavors of jasmine, lemon curd, kumquats, and a touch cinnamon. The organically-farmed (in transition to biodynamic) Marsanne and Viognier grapes were sourced from the Les Gosses and Hedges Estate vineyards being being foot-stomped by the Hedges Wine Club! The wine was fermented in stainless steel and oak, with the portions in oak going through malolactic conversion. Vegan-friendly!
