A beautiful single malt packed with lots of rich ginger and chocolate tones imparted from a three-cask maturation process. This Single Malt has been aged in Ex-Bourbon casks finished in O'Hara's Imperial Stout and Winter Star Spiced Pale Ale in their Atlantic ocean warehouse.
