50% Merlot, 50% Pignolo. This wine is part of the "S" line from Radikon, which sees shorter macerations, is lightly sulfured at bottling and released in standard 750ml bottles. Despite its name, there is no residual sugar in this wine (ha ha, wine humor).
The grapes macerate in oak vats for 8/14 days. The wine then ages in 25/35hl casks for 18 months and age in bottle for a further two months. A small amount of S02 is added at bottling.
