Arette Artesanal Suave Reposado Tequila is a tequila that is aged for 11 months in used bourbon barrels. It is made from Blue Weber agave that is grown on the estate. The agave is roasted at 120° C for 15 hours, and the tequila is distilled with a tighter cut of the heads and tails to focus on the agave's flavors. The tequila is fermented in cement vats to give it a minerality. It has an 80 proof (40% ABV).
