The barrels selected for our Old Pepper label were carefully chosen from our finest stocks and hand bottled at the historic distillery. Some wer distilled by us at the historic distillery (DSP-KY-5) and others by partner distilleries who initially helped us relaunch the brand through collaborative distilling.
