Three barrel, small batch blends (numbered sequentially) that are aged 6-8 years. Always bottled at 108 proof, with an average batch yield of 600-750 bottles. 95% rye, 5% malted barley. Sweet and spicy, with notes of green-apple tartness, cinnamon bark, caramel, oak, vanilla, and creaminess.
