This is a ripe version of Tannat, with earth and blackberry aromas leading the charge. Toasty dark-fruit flavors benefit from integrated oak, while this tastes peppery on the finish. The palate shows a lot of grip, so it's best to serve this with meat. Drink through 2025. Michael Schachner
