Bruck is probably one of the most exciting and unique vineyards in the Wachau valley as it is situated on the very edge of the wine growing region. The vineyards are steeply terraced and south facing causing the grape to ripen beautifully. This wine is lively yellow with green reflections. The distinctive Bruck style is smoky with a precise structure and complex rich stone fruit aromas. The palate is balanced and elegant with notes of peach, ripe apricot and delicious apple. The persistent minerality and racy acidity are well balanced by this wine's full body and lasting finish. Perfect with fish, poultry and vegetable dishes or on its own as a summer refreshment.
