This wine opens up with citrus notes of lemon curd and lime zest along with stone fruit aromas of white peach and nectarine. There is a savory characteristic to this wine with hints of parmesan rind and wet stone. On the palate the crisp acidity shines while the fruit ripens with flavors of candied lemon just ripe peach and Fiji apple. The oak is very well integrated with subtle vanilla notes and a silky finish.

From a coastal site, this wine offers mineral-driven gravel and rock undertones, textured and steely with a hint of grip. Dried herb, green apple and lemon candy come to the fore atop a linear thread of acidity that amplifies the acidity.
