Nestled in the premier cru village Hautvillers, known for Dom Pérignon's legacy, Champagne Louis Nicaise thrives. A family tradition spanning four generations, Laure Nicaise-Préaux and Clément Préaux joined forces in 2008, infusing their philosophy into the domaine. Drawing from Clément's apprenticeship with Anselme Selosse and Laure's experience alongside her father, they emphasize earth reverence, limited yields, grape maturation, extended lees aging, skillful reserve wine blending, and minimal dosage. In 2012, Laure and Clément officially marked the continuation of the family legacy as the fourth generation custodians.
