The 2018 Clos René is opulent and outgoing on the nose with blackberry, boysenberry, truffle and cedar aromas. The palate is medium-bodied with firm tannins, plenty of cedar-infused black fruit with cracked black pepper and bay leaf towards the well defined finish.
