100% certified organic Auxerrois (Malbec) made in a “vin de soif” style via carbonic maceration with native yeasts – super glou glou! Glistening ruby in color with magenta rim. The nose is reminiscent of old school Moulin-à-Vent and the palate is glossy, juicy and full of vitality. It has a natural vibe but is completely clean. Joyful, thoughtful and vibrant.
