Aromas and flavors of blackberry and black cherry, pomegranate juice, leather and cocoa nibs, and sage with a round, crisp, dry medium-to-full body and an interesting, medium-long finish that exhibits accents of bramble berry medley and stewed mushrooms with well-integrated tannins. Medium bodied and green, this would pair with steak fajitas or chimichurri.
