Los Yelsones is 100% organic, dry farmed Tempranillo. The name refers to the high levels of calcium in the soil, providing amplified freshness and a chalky essence to the final wines. Los Yelsones is aged underground for 18 months in 500-liter barrels and bottled with minimal SO2. As a result, this is Eduardo’s most mineral-forward, energetic wine. This bottling exemplifies excellence transferring to the current generation of producers. Only 2,000 bottles produced.
