This bold and delicious 100% Tempranillo features aromas and flavors of lavender, blackberry, and blueberry. Grapes are sourced from sustainably-grown old vines planted 1946-1986! The wine undergoes a short cold soak before fermentation and ages for six months in stainless steel and cement before aging a further six months in French and American oak barriques.
