Place my order (#2787) on 11/09/2024, a few days later received a mail from the transporter saying the package was retuned because of damage. On Monday 11/25/2024 called [****] talked with someone over there he told me that it was going to be shipped on 11/28/2024, I asked him to email me with information when it was sipped, so far 11/27/2024 I have not received anything about my package, could someone please, do something positive about this?
