Our Famiglia Rivetti Langhe DOC Arneis Italian White Wine is made on one of the highest field in the area at more than 500 meters above sea level. It is harvested during the coolest hours of the day and with the use of dry ice to preserve grape characteristics, then immediately taken to the cellar where we do a crio-maceration at 0 °C for 24 hours to extract all the aromas contained in the skins, all resulting in a fresh, fragrant wine with excellent minerality. The Rivetti Family Farm has 25 hectares which are cultivated under the organic certification, and they grow both traditional and international grapes. The main production is Barbaresco, Langhe Nebbiolo and Barbera d’Alba. All the fields are grouped around three farmhouses: Froi, Garassino and Palazzina.
