This blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, and Marsanne, flows with aromas of citrus blossom and lemon curd that lead to flavors of peach, gooseberry, and just a hint of orange marmalade. Grapes were sustainably-farmed, malolactic conversion was avoided, and fermentation was done entirely in stainless steel at cool temperatures to retain the maximum level of fruit aromas and flavors.
