This uncompromising Red Mountain Cab is packed with powerful flavors of black cherry, dried fig, cassis and dried rosemary. Grapes are sourced from the biodynamically-farmed Hedges Vineyard and Magdalena Vineyard, before being destemmed and partially crushed before native yeast fermentation in stainless steel. The wine was barrel aged for 18 months in 20% new American and French oak. This is a luxurious and captivating premium 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Vegan-friendly!
