The Plow is grace and power. It exudes aromas of dark raspberries, grilled portobello mushrooms, loamy soil and a sweet herbal note reminiscent of horehound candy. Muscular tannins flex while surprisingly zippy acidity lights up palate-coating flavors of raspberries, bacon fat, figs and black tea with cream.
