Lustau produces a sweet rosé vermouth in Jerez, Spain, crafted from a blend of Fino, Moscatel, and Tintilla de Rota sherries. This vermouth features primary botanicals such as wormwood, cardamom, nutmeg, vanilla, and chamomile, and is fortified with a neutral spirit distilled from 100% Airen grapes. Containing 145.5 grams of sugar per liter, it offers a complex nose of vanilla, thyme, oregano, cedar, and fig, which transitions to flavors of vanilla, orange peel, strawberry, and rose geranium with a finish of green cardamom, grapefruit, and orange blossom. With an ABV of 15%, Lustau Vermut Rosé blends these sherries and botanicals to create a delicate pink color and an enticing flavor profile of red fruit and orange blossom, complemented by the long sherry finish characteristic of Lustau's renowned bodegas.
