Mendel Semillon 750ML

Mendel is one of the pioneering wineries in the new appreciation of semillon, which it began producing in 2009, always from a vineyard planted almost 80 years ago in the Altamira zone of the Uco Valley. 85% of the wine was fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks for about six months, and the rest, in barrels. This is a juicy and very fresh white with the variety's classic notes of honey and herbs submerged in a body rich in acidity and creaminess.
