The founder of SakéOne chose the specific location for its naturally filtered water that has low iron and magnesium, important for delicious sake. Momokawa Silver’s stimulating dryness is piqued by a nice mineral quality. The brewers use Calrose rice from Sacramento, which gives this sake a regional flare. Here’s to worldwide sake!
