This white wine from the Campania Petilia winery, made from pure falanghina grapes, is produced from relatively young vineyards at an altitude of around 450 m above sea level on clay soil. After harvesting in the last week of October, the grapes are softly crushed, followed by fermentation in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The final stage of refinement requires bottle ageing for about 4 weeks.
